Provincial Coaching Announcements
Pending the awarding of teams by Ringette Ontario, the London Ringette Association is pleased to announce the Head Coaches selected for our Provincial A and AA teams for the upcoming season. Following our selection process led by the LRA Coaching Committee, the following individuals have been appointed:
U14AA - John Strong
U16AA - Sammy McIntosh
U19AA - Tina Parsons
U19A - Shawn Reidy
All Head Coach selections were made in accordance with LRA’s Coaching Committee policies and procedures. Qualified applicants participated in a structured interview process conducted by the Coaching Committee, which included independent members. The Committee evaluated candidates based on coaching experience, philosophy, development goals, knowledge of program standards, and alignment with LRA expectations. Recommendations were then submitted to the LRA Board of Directors for approval.
We sincerely thank all applicants for the time, effort, and commitment they demonstrated throughout the application and interview process. We look forward to continuing the team formation process with provincial tryouts later this month.
